Daisy Dove
By Carmen JorissenMeet Daisy Dove! She was designed for a community bonding project in the Netherlands, in which lots of crocheters team up to make an incredibly long string of birds. The project is called "Elk Vogeltje Zingt, which means “Every bird sings to its own song”. It was Carmen from Newleafdesigns.nl who designed this adorable bird for that project.
The project is a follow-up to the "World’s Biggest Crocheted Blanket”, of which Scheepjes is again the proud (main) sponsor. Now the aim is to make the longest possible string of birds! The result will be presented during the Weerribben Textile Festival in June 2019.
