Colour Crafter Cake

Bring colour into the rhythm of your making with Scheepjes Colour Crafter Cake. Each generous cake brings together six familiar Colour Crafter shades in a carefully composed sequence, flowing naturally from one to the next as you knit or crochet. No joining in a new yarn each time the colour changes. Simply settle into your stitches and watch the palette unfold.

Colour has a way of making a space feel like yours. Perhaps you love the uncluttered calm of Scandinavian interiors, dream of a home by the coast with blue in every direction, or have a soft spot for the shapes and style of the Mid-Century Modern era. Your tastes might be sleek and metropolitan, softly romantic or turned all the way up, where pink sits happily beside orange and playing it safe was never on the mood board. Across twelve colourways, Colour Crafter Cake explores interior styles from Scandi Calm and Coastal Living to Urban Luxe, Pastel Harmony and Dopamine Décor, translating the colours we love to live with into colours we can create with.

Every shade featured in Colour Crafter Cake comes from the existing Scheepjes Colour Crafter range. This makes it easy to continue the colour story beyond the cake, adding coordinating solid shades for borders, hems and cuffs, introducing extra colour to mosaic crochet or colourwork, or giving a favourite Colour Crafter pattern an entirely new look.

Made using 100% Premium Anti Pilling Acrylic, Colour Crafter Cake is a versatile DK weight yarn suited to home décor, garments and accessories. It shares the same weight and gauge as all other yarns in the Colour Crafter family, so hundreds of existing patterns can be explored using Colour Crafter Cake too.

With colours already chosen to work beautifully together, all that remains is deciding what they will become.
