Charlie Slipper Socks

Combining the comfort of hand knitted socks with the practicality of slippers, the Charlie Slipper Socks are made for life's relaxing moments. Warm without feeling bulky, they're ideal for evenings curled up on the sofa or slipping into a suitcase for winter weekends away.

Worked from the heel upwards, they combine several knitting techniques to create a comfortable, well-fitting design. Garter stitch at the heel adds texture for a little extra grip, stocking stitch shapes the toe, while the 1 x 1 rib cuff offers a stretchy, comfortable fit. Knitted on slightly smaller needles to create a firmer fabric, they're easy to customise too, with the foot length adjusted by simply adding extra rounds before shaping the toe.

For every size, you'll need just one ball of each of three colours to create a pair featuring playful stripes and colour blocking. The pattern includes full written instructions and a measurement table for nine sizes, fitting EU shoe sizes 36 to 45.
