Petal Patch Cardigan

The Petal Patch Cardigan is a celebration of colour, creativity and classic crochet. Made using timeless granny squares and stripes, it’s an ideal first garment for newer crocheters looking to build confidence while making something wearable and fun.

​Granny squares are joined and shaped to form the body, while the sleeves are worked in easy granny stripes. A stretchy ribbed hemline, neckline and cuffs complete the look.

​To recreate the vibrant version shown, use a main colour alongside five additional shades of Scheepjes Colour Crafter. You can also pair a main colour with two Colour Crafter Colour Packs — simply choose your favourites and work the colours in any order that takes your fancy.

​The pattern includes detailed support, with illustrated charts for the granny squares, joining process, sleeve increases and square placement. A table and schematic show the measurements for five sizes from XS/S to 5XL, along with a gauge table to help check your tension before you begin.
