Wobble Ball Amigurumi Guard

By Nienke Jongstra

Once seen, the grandeur of Buckingham Palace and the spectacle of the precisely choreographed Changing of the Guard is never forgotten. Now you can create your very own mini Grenadier Guard, thanks to designer Nienke Jongstra. Unlike the King’s regiment, this one doesn’t always stand up straight! The Amigurumi Wobble Ball Guard is simple to crochet using Scheepjes Catona for the body and Scheepjes Furry Tales to represent the bearskin hat. Surface stitches and a little embroidery are the finishing touches that bring this iconic character to life.
