Cakewalk Blanket

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Scheepjes Whirl, Jessica Wifall designed the beautiful Cakewalk Blanket. For this blanket, she used the three new anniversary shades of Scheepjes Whirl, which together create one large, seamless colour gradient. The pattern features repeatable motifs and is worked using a convenient join-as-you-go technique, meaning there are very few ends to weave in. With its rich texture and flowing design, this blanket is not only enjoyable to crochet but also wonderfully cosy to snuggle under. The design can be made not only with Scheepjes Whirl, but also with the three new anniversary shades of Scheepjes Cotton Whirl, creating the same stunning colour transitions in a soft cotton blend.
